Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in Windows OS upgrades, ideally with Windows 11. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, user-facing environment. NPPV2 clearance is required; ideally, it should be currently live, but we may consider those whose clearance has expired within the last few years. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively across a large site.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on, onsite role, I expect you to perform Windows 11 upgrades using USB installation media. You will support users during and after the upgrade via floor walking and Tech Bar presence. Maintaining an upgrade pace of 6-7 devices per hour is crucial. You will also troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues on the spot, ensuring minimal disruption to operational teams during the upgrade process.
Description
This is an urgent requirement due to the fast-approaching start date. The contract length is approximately 4 weeks per engineer, starting on Monday, 18th August. Working hours are 6-hour onsite days, allowing for breaks and movement across the site. The rate for this position is £200 per day, inside IR35.
