Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have NPPV2 security clearance, as this is essential for the role. You should have prior experience in supporting large-scale operating system rollouts and possess strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 environments. Additionally, you should be confident in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and have excellent communication and user support skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to provide on-site support during the Windows 11 deployment. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues during the rollout to ensure a smooth migration with minimal disruption to users. You will be expected to log, escalate, and resolve incidents in a timely manner while collaborating closely with the deployment team and end users.
Description
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT professional to support the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization. You will be part of a fast-paced deployment operation with a daily target of up to 850 devices. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact while working in a secure, structured environment. The position is on-site in Basingstoke, with office hours spanning 5 days a week for approximately 48 working days at a rate of £160 per day (Inside IR35). The start date for this position is ASAP.
