Requirements
Must:
- I have previous experience in a support role, ideally involving telephony or deployment projects.
- I am familiar with phone systems and user support.
- I possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- I am able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

- I will assist with a rollout project in Belfast, providing additional capacity to support end users with any issues that may arise.
- I will contribute to business-as-usual (BAU) activities during a transitional period within the team.
Description
