Requirements
Must:
- I need candidates with extensive experience in Azure, specifically in migrating applications to the Azure cloud platform.
- A proven track record of cloud migration using industry-standard frameworks such as WAF, CAF, and Microsoft AzureRM is essential.
- I highly value experience in migrating applications from legacy architectures to the new CAF framework.
- Candidates should have the ability to design and deliver cloud-native solutions, including deployments to VM Scale Sets, to achieve efficient scaling and robust operations.
- I expect proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions for streamlined automation and delivery.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile methodology is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be counting on you to report to the Cloud Platform Lead and play an essential role in the technical implementation of delivering further services to the cloud. You will be tasked with migrating two existing applications from an unstructured cloud environment to our new Azure platform, adhering to the principles of the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). Your contributions will help in transitioning from traditional style infrastructure to a cloud-native implementation.
Description
This is a 6-month contract position with hybrid working arrangements, requiring you to be in the London office twice per week. The compensation for this role ranges from £450 to £500, with the position classified as Inside IR35. Please note that current and active SC Clearance is mandatory for consideration.
