Must:
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and permissions
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Familiarity with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Teams integration
- Good understanding of metadata, version control, and content types
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 governance and security standards
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve SharePoint-related ServiceNow tickets
- Support users with sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows
- Troubleshoot access, integration, and Power Automate issues
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with architects and developers
- Promote best practices, governance, and data security
Description
We are a Global Services Provider seeking a SharePoint Engineer to deliver technical support and issue resolution across SharePoint Online portals. This role is based 2 days a week in our Central London office on an initial 6-month contract with a pay rate of £350 - £360, inside IR35. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
