Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years as a Solution Architect with proven experience in a large enterprise bank within the past 3 years (essential)
- Strong experience with hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure + on-prem), data centres, ServiceNow CMDB, and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, RTO/RPO, backup/DR, and dependency mapping
- Knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is highly desirable
- TOGAF Certified
Responsibilities
- Create resilience-focused HLDs/LLDs aligned with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy
- Translate Operational Resilience and DORA requirements into actionable designs
- Act as a design authority for resilience initiatives, reviewing and approving technical designs
- Provide architectural input into programmes including technology modernisation, cloud migration, and system decommissioning
- Documentation & Reporting
Description
We are a Global IT Services Provider looking for a Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with operational resilience regulations and internal frameworks. This role is an initial 6-month contract based in London, with a competitive daily rate of £600 - £700, inside IR35.
