Requirements
Must:
- Expertise with SAP Basis, database, and operating system expertise
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades in SAP Basis
- SC Cleared (essential)
- Willingness to work on weekends/on-call when necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and support of SAP Basis environments
- Support and maintain critical SAP environments, ensuring systems stability, performance, and security within a highly regulated setting
- Monitor SAP systems and interfaces; analyse logs, dumps, and performance
- Manage system copies, clients, and transport management (TMS)
- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, patching, and system upgrades
- Administer SAP HANA backups, recovery, and performance tuning
- Support high availability and disaster recovery setups
Description
We are a leading technology organization looking for an SC Cleared SAP Basis Administrator for an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive rate between £575 - £600, inside IR35. You will join a dedicated team where your specialist SAP Basis expertise will be critical in managing our crucial systems.
