Requirements
Must:
- Accredited Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint qualifications (desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online (essential).
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (essential).
- Familiarity with additional tools like Power Pages, Power BI, Azure Portal, and Power Virtual Agent (desirable).
- Knowledge of SharePoint 16 & 19, PowerShell, and web services (desirable).
- ITIL awareness and experience using IT service management tools (desirable).

Responsibilities
As a Digital Solutions Engineer, I will play a key role in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform applications and SharePoint environments. My responsibilities will include:
- Managing incidents and problems related to Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
- Performing change management activities, from small amendments to large-scale projects.
- Proactively monitoring solutions and addressing emerging issues in SharePoint and Power Platform architecture.
- Ensuring adherence to ICT policies and governance strategies for existing apps and workflows.
- Developing and integrating Power Automate workflows with external toolsets.
- Supporting international colleagues through service management and relationship building.
- Redeveloping and decommissioning outdated forms and workflows.
- Providing user guidance, training, and creating service documentation.
- Maintaining up-to-date service knowledge to enhance user experiences and reduce service overhead.
Description
This permanent position is based in either Watford or Horsham. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work in the office three days a week and two days from home after successfully completing a 3-month probation period. The salary for this role is between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.
