- Must have experience with Palo Alto deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Tenable, Sentinel, Zscaler, Tanium, and Illiumo is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and experience in the deployment and management of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess issues, threats, patterns, and trends.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of all of our on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- I will implement on-premise and cloud infrastructure upgrade projects.
- I will maintain all company servers, both on-premise and in the cloud (Azure), and manage our storage systems (SAN, NAS).
- I will oversee the company network across all sites, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- I will monitor our infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability, handling support tickets that are escalated for infrastructure resolution.
- I will ensure that server backups are performed and will test recovery processes.
- I will assist in establishing a robust Disaster Recovery Plan and will actively participate in disaster recovery practices at least annually.
- I will aid in the planning and deployment of group security measures, create documentation, and ensure that it remains up to date.
- In the event of a failure, I will work quickly for optimal recovery and will focus on identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.
- I will stay updated with the latest security and technological developments and take charge of my personal development while contributing to performance evaluation in accordance with our core competencies and learning and development framework.
- I will observe Health & Safety policy and procedures.
