Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (3+ years applied experience)
- Proficiency in Google Identity & Access Management
- Experience with Terraform
- Knowledge of Serverless & event-driven GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub)
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Additional experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Understanding of SQL
- Experience with CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure
- GCP certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
- Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance
- Manage identity, access controls, encryption, key management, and org/deny policies
- Participate in IAM governance and compliance audits
- Deliver secure solutions from the start, incorporating security in depth
- Work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on feature delivery
Description
We are a Global Services Provider looking for a GCP Cloud Architect for a 6-month rolling contract based in London, Glasgow, or New Jersey. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site 2-3 days a week. We offer an engaging work environment where you will focus on designing and implementing secure cloud solutions while working collaboratively within an agile team.
