Requirements
Must:
- Product Owner experience within a large bank (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience and scenario testing
- Experience working in regulatory-driven environments
- Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise backlog across resilience workstreams
- Lead delivery of scenario testing and proactive resilience initiatives
- Align activity to business services, impact tolerances, and risk appetite
- Engage senior stakeholders across CTO, Risk, and Resilience
- Drive governance, reporting, and delivery assurance
Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead Operational Resilience, Innovation, and Scenario Testing workstreams within our large enterprise environment. This is a 6-month rolling contract, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week in Sheffield. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring delivery aligns with operational resilience requirements and making a positive impact on our operational practices.
