Requirements
Must:
- Proven Product Management experience in UCaaS, CCaaS or cloud communications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, SIP, omni-channel CCaaS
- Understanding of legacy voice systems (PBX, ISDN, PSTN)
- Commercial acumen and experience building pricing models
- Ability to translate technical features into customer value
- Experience with AI-driven CX tools (desirable)
- Knowledge of telecoms compliance (Ofcom, GDPR) (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the UC & CC product roadmap
- Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Define requirements for UCaaS/CCaaS enhancements and integrations
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Support sales with training, propositions and competitive insight
- Ensure documentation, SLAs and onboarding processes are up to date
Description
We are an established organization looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Unified Communications & Contact Centre product portfolio on a 3-month contract. This fully remote role offers a competitive rate of £450 per day and requires immediate availability. You will play a crucial role in driving product development, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our products remain competitive and customer-focused.
