Clear written English for documentation is essential, along with an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Awareness of software testing or IT quality assurance concepts will be beneficial.

In the role of Junior IT Test Administrator, you will test interactive lab activities according to given instructions. You will check that technical steps and configurations are correct and up-to-date. Additionally, you will log and describe any errors or inconsistencies in lab content, re-test labs after updates to confirm that issues have been resolved, and maintain clear records of testing activities. You will also work alongside experienced lab developers to help maintain high-quality standards.
