Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Internal IT and Compliance function
- Ensure secure, stable, and scalable internal technology operations
- Maintain audit readiness and effective governance across systems
- Foster strong operational discipline in infrastructure, applications, and security controls
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Transformation and Technical Director
- Act as the operational engine for Internal IT and Compliance initiatives
Description
We are ECS Recruitment Group Ltd, and we are looking for an IT Operations and Compliance Lead to join our team in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week, offering a competitive salary of £50k. In this hands-on position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our internal operations while working collaboratively with our leadership team to drive growth and resilience.
