Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in PC hardware/software, network, and print support. You should have experience in VIP support and ideally be familiar with ServiceNow Ticketing systems or a similar system. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately within deadlines. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally, with urgency and empathy, are crucial. Additionally, we seek someone with excellent organizational skills who can prioritize their workload and is motivated by helping others.
Responsibilities
As a Deskside Technician, your primary responsibilities will include performing non-warranty hardware repairs and managing warranty repairs. You will be responsible for PC lifecycle and asset management for serialized devices, including installations, moves, and changes. You will provide deskside software support, smart hands support for our team, and assist VIPs. Additionally, you will support various conferencing and event setups.
