- Collaborate with 3rd parties and internal project teams to deliver solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs
Description
We are a dynamic consultancy located in Alcester, focused on enhancing contact center operations through innovative cloud-based solutions. This is a 6-month contract role that allows for flexible work arrangements, including 1-2 days per week in the office. We value collaboration and expertise and aim to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve customer service.
