Must:

- Deep knowledge of Azure Compute, Storage, Networking & IAM
- Azure PaaS / cloud-native services
- Designing for security, resilience, cost & performance
- Defining architecture standards and reusable patterns
- Experience working with legacy / monolithic systems
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, engineering, operations, and security teams
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership and assurance across projects migrating to or being built in Azure
- Act as a trusted design authority within a secure, enterprise environment
- Support a major programme delivering cloud solutions within Azure Public Cloud
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure successful implementation
Description
We are a leading independent technology and services provider, looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team on a mostly remote basis with occasional travel to Yeovil. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with a competitive rate of £600-£700 per day, inside IR35. You will play a crucial role in delivering cloud solutions within Azure, and if you are an SC-cleared Azure Architect seeking a high-impact contract, we encourage you to apply.
