Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working as an AWS DevOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role. You should possess hands-on experience with AWS Services such as EC2, ECS, and ECR (essential). Your qualifications must also include hands-on experience with Terraform or similar technologies, Jenkins, and Git. Additionally, experience with scripting tools such as Shell, Python, Groovy, or similar is required. You should also have experience with Docker. Please note that SC cleared candidates are preferred, but all candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting scalable AWS infrastructure. Your tasks will include automating infrastructure provisioning using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS Code Pipeline, as well as integrate security tools into CI/CD processes. Furthermore, you will use Chef or Ansible for server configuration and patching. You should be skilled in administering and troubleshooting Linux systems. Additionally, you will develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and AWS, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
Description
This opportunity is remote with infrequent travel to London, and it offers a salary range of £340 - £360 per day, inside IR35, for an initial 6-month term.
