Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in providing support and training to enterprise customers for complex sector-specific software, showcasing high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- I seek candidates who have an interest or experience in channeling customer feedback to development teams, helping to shape the future direction of software development.
- Strong personal organization skills are essential, with the ability to comfortably multitask while maintaining timely communication with both internal and external clients.
- While not mandatory, any experience working in the energy or power sectors is welcome.

Description
Located in central Cambridge, just a short walk from the train station, I work in newly appointed offices alongside a supportive team that includes product owners, managers, and software developers. I enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, typically spending 2-3 days per week in the office, although this may vary depending on project requirements, so living locally is recommended. I’m excited to support todays needs while shaping tomorrows product.
