Senior UI Developer

- I require extensive commercial-grade software development experience in C# with .NET (any version from .NET 6-9, Framework, or Core). - You should have held senior developer responsibilities, including evaluating software engineering approaches, leading projects when necessary, and mentoring junior colleagues. - Ideally, you will have experience with WPF, XAML, and related application architecture and event routing. However, I will also consider candidates with desktop UI experience in Prism, Windows Forms, Qt, or equivalent UI development experience using web component technologies such as React or Angular. Familiarity with DI / IoC, MVC / MVP / MVVM patterns for separation of concerns and reduced dependencies is preferred. - I expect you to have developed applications that allow skilled users to interact with and manipulate complex technical content, rather than traditional CRM systems or simple database front ends. - A good intuition about UI usability is essential, considering user profiles and use cases. This is not a UX role, and while our software is already well-regarded by users, your intuition and experience should help ensure that future developments are equally successful. - The ability to quickly get up to speed and work independently, while collaborating effectively with colleagues, is necessary.
