Requirements
Must:
- A 1st or 2.1 in Computer Science or other relevant STEM discipline from a well-regarded university.
- Substantial experience in software design and development to a high standard.
- A meticulous and quality-focused mindset, utilizing software engineering best practices to produce robust and maintainable code. This role may not suit those who prioritize quick hacks over quality.
- Proficiency in C#.NET, with experience in most of the following technologies: Windows Forms, WCF, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and VB.NET.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex issues and articulate thought processes while liaising with colleagues and clients.
- A collaborative outlook, comfortable working in an Agile environment based on eXtreme Programming rather than SCRUM.
- Full, existing, and unrestricted UK work permission.
