Requirements
Must:
- We require commercial experience in design and development, with demonstrable C++ expertise including STL and Boost.
- You should have top academics—either a 1st or 2:1 degree from a prestigious university, with excellent supporting A Levels.
- A good level of competency with scripting languages (bash, Perl, Python), system testing, debugging tools, and agile working practices is essential.
- We seek candidates with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with strong communication skills.
- Please note that we cannot sponsor visas, so you must have full and permanent rights to work in the UK to be considered.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working within an agile environment, developing and maintaining low latency trading platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new features and maintaining existing applications.
- Supporting clients with production issues.
- Working across the full development lifecycle, carrying out system integration and regression testing.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure quality software releases.
