Requirements
Must:
- Proven leadership experience in data and business intelligence management
- Strong understanding of workforce productivity, process automation, and business intelligence tools
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and artificial intelligence projects
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders and champion the adoption of digital tools
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Workforce Productivity workstreams
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data and Business Intelligence team
- Serve as a high-profile point of contact for project issues, prioritization, and benefits realization
- Champion the adoption of digital tools across the Council to enhance productivity
- Engage actively with services to drive measurable benefits through digital transformation
Description
We are excited to offer a permanent position within our Digital Transformation Team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing workforce productivity through digital transformation initiatives. Our hybrid work model allows flexibility to work from home up to 40% of the week, ensuring that you can balance your tasks and team needs effectively. Please note that this position requires a Level 1 Disclosure Check and proof of the right to work in the UK. We do not provide Visa sponsorship.
