Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Background in systems analysis, application support, or business analysis
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Confidence working with data/databases (e.g. SQL)
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Nice to have: Experience with Sage X3
- Nice to have: Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
- Nice to have: Understanding of finance, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Responsibilities
- Acting as the go-to person for business systems (ERP and integrated platforms)
- Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes
- Investigating and resolving system issues (2nd/3rd line support)
- Supporting system upgrades, changes and new implementations
- Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
- Testing system changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Training users and improving how teams use systems
Description
We are an organization based in Milton Keynes focused on improving efficiency across our core business systems. We are looking for a Systems Analyst to take ownership of these systems and work closely with teams in operations, finance, sales, and warehousing. In this hands-on, business-facing role, you will contribute to driving our success and ensuring our systems operate optimally.
