Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have a full UK Driving License.
- I expect applicants to have at least 3 years of experience in a 1st and 2nd Line Support role.
- I seek an organized and motivated individual who can contribute effectively to our team.
Responsibilities
- I need you to provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT-related issues.
- I expect you to confidently meet clients to resolve more challenging IT issues.
- I require you to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- You will need to escalate complex issues to 3rd Line Support when necessary.
- I want you to maintain and update IT documentation and system logs.
- You will assist with IT projects and the implementation of new IT solutions.
- I require you to ensure that security protocols are followed.
- I need you to conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery if needed.
- You will provide user training and create user guides to reduce the number of support requests.
Description
I am representing a leading IT communications company headquartered in Milton Keynes. With a commitment to delivering exceptional IT and communication services, my company is looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. On offer for the IT Technician position is a salary of £30,000 - £32,000, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. You will have the opportunity to work in a growing and innovative IT communications environment, within a collaborative and supportive culture.
