Requirements
Must:
- Basic IT knowledge (understanding of Windows/Mac OS/Microsoft Office and common software applications)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A certificate/qualification in the IT field (preferred)
- A clean UK driving license (essential)
- Open to learning and development
- An excellent standard of customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact via telephone, email, and ticketing system
- Resolve basic technical issues
- Accurately log incidents and maintain records
- Assist with password resets, software installations, and other entry-level IT duties
- Escalate complex issues and liaise with 2nd/3rd line support
Description
