We are looking for candidates with experience in Cisco LAN and enterprise networking technologies. You should have a solid understanding of routing and switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network fundamentals. While experience in a customer-focused or managed services environment is ideal, it is not essential. A CCNA certification is a nice-to-have, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. It is crucial to have a genuine interest in developing your networking skills and progressing your career.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will support and maintain enterprise LAN environments, working hands-on with Cisco switching, routing, and core networking technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues across our customer infrastructures, assist with upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes, and work closely with senior engineers on project delivery and solution builds.

We offer a salary of £40,000, with a flexible work arrangement that includes three days per week in our London office and two days remote.
