Must:
- 3 years of experience working in managed services
- Experience in supporting EN LAN, DC, SDWAN environments
- CCNA or CCNP certification with a passion for skill development
- Experience with Cisco technologies like FirePOWER, ACI, DNAC, ISE, SD-Access, and Umbrella is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical customers
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot customer network environments, acting as point of escalation within Enterprise networks and security
- Act as point of contact for key client stakeholders
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the networking space
