Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with ideally 5 years of experience in 3rd Line/Infrastructure Support. You should have proven technical skills and knowledge in the following areas:
- VMware (builds and support)
- Windows Server (build and support)
- Azure AD/Entra ID
- Intune & SCCM
- SANs and Backups
- General Network and Security Support (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switches, Cyber awareness)
- MSP experience
Additionally, you should possess a high level of troubleshooting and fault-finding experience and a general interest in new IT technologies. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential for occasional travel to other site locations.
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be joining an established team and will be responsible for supporting our client with a range of day-to-day escalations raised from the Service Desk Team. You will also take care of maintaining the existing hybrid infrastructure.
Description
We are offering a salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
