Requirements
Must:
- HND/SVQ4 or equivalent in a relevant subject area
- Significant work experience in a project/change management environment
- Experience in translating business process requirements into workflow and data reporting solutions
- Demonstrable experience in administrating and supporting a large information system for business/service use
- Knowledge of various business processes within a local authority organisation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
- Ability to use and create information using reporting software, e.g., SSRS reports, Power BI
- Experience in analysing business processes and developing collaborative solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and prepare communications
- Capability to work under deadlines and be flexible when required
Responsibilities
- Provide project support and IT system development support for Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership and Childrens & Families Department business areas
- Conduct business analysis, account management, and system governance
- Ongoing development of major IT systems
- Liaise with user groups and stakeholders
- Ensure strategic aims of the service are met
- Support the transition to a more modern, agile, and flexible service
- Develop and support business information systems to maximize effective use
- Collaborate with lead officers from management, business, administration, third parties, and other stakeholders to implement solutions across internal and external services
