Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience in a support role with a strong administrative background.
- Proven ability to deliver first- and second-line support, resolving customer and internal IT issues is a benefit.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in data handling, reporting, and administration.
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel when required.
- Strong time management skills under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication with all levels.
- Critical thinker, proactive, adaptable.
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in 1st/2nd line support (email, phone): 2 years (required).
- Experience in reporting, analysis, and accuracy in data handling: 2 years (required).
Responsibilities
- Collect and record daily statistical data, analyzing it for trends and anomalies for the apps team.
- Provide front line support to customers, colleagues, and external partners via email and phone.
- Respond daily to product reviews and provide feedback to the apps team on highlighted trends.
- Assist the technical team with maintenance of the companys equipment and managing the device and software asset list.
- Generate and distribute product promotional codes to colleagues and customers.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and online tools to enhance team productivity and address individual needs.
- Place and manage company purchase orders.
- Assist with testing of new and existing products/services and record issues for escalation.
- Monitor competitors in the market.
- Monitor WordPress website update requirements and apply updates while blocking invalid logins.
- Review support articles and website blog articles to suggest improvements or removal of duplicates/outdated content.
