Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and IT support.
- General IT/Technology certifications are desirable.
- Project and time management experience.
- Experience in incident and change management.
- Skills in document creation and training delivery.
- Capability in application administration and digital housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for software and hardware issues across international sites.
- Respond to service tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with the Helpdesk Team to improve KPIs and service delivery.
- Assist in optimising software and hardware efficiency.
- Deliver out-of-hours support as required.
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Support training initiatives for new digital solutions.
- Contribute to the administration and development of digital applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and training materials.
- Drive collaboration with the global IT team to enhance user experience.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge through online learning and other resources.
