- Understanding of governance, compliance, risk, and structured delivery environments
- Change management or business analysis certification (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex business change and transformation initiatives
- Provide expert business analysis and impact assessment
- Ensure people, process, and behavioral changes are understood, planned for, and embedded into BAU
- Drive clarity of business needs and shape the scope and benefits
- Define readiness, engagement, training, and transition requirements for smooth deployment
- Coach analysts and apply best-practice change frameworks across projects
- Lead on complex change management strategies and stakeholder mapping
- Manage transition requirements to ensure successful delivery of change projects
