- Provide excellent customer service to all consumers of IT services
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a high-quality service to the business
- Collaborate with various business units across the Drax Group
- Document incidents and service requests accurately
- Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution
Description
We are a dynamic team within the Drax Group located in London, where we are committed to delivering high-quality IT support. This full-time, permanent position requires on-site work for 4 days a week. We value customer service excellence and look forward to finding a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.
