Requirements
Must:
- Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
- 1+ years post qualification experience.
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
- Prepare each case prior to assessment, reaching evidence-based conclusions for individuals.
- Manage cases with greater autonomy, including gathering further evidence and returning required documentation.
- Assess the full range of health conditions affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
- Allocate time within your working schedule for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, ongoing evidence requests, and team meetings.
