Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience designing for omnichannel or cross-platform experiences spanning mobile, web, and other digital touchpoints
- Strong capability in conducting A/B testing and using analytics to inform iterative design improvements
- Solid knowledge of CRO principles and hands-on experience implementing experiments to optimize user journeys
- Extensive experience working within Agile cross-functional teams, particularly alongside Product Owners and Digital Product Managers
- Ability to balance creativity with customer expectations
- Strong design perspective
- Experience in leading end-to-end design for key mobile app initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the way in shaping our mobile app experience, ensuring user-centric, visually compelling designs
- Collaborate closely with Digital Product Managers, Digital Product Owners, and User Researchers
- Co-create solutions, validate concepts, and align on priorities
- Translate business and customer needs into intuitive, high-impact design outcomes
- Work together with engineers to ensure feasibility and fidelity of implementation
- Drive design initiatives from discovery and ideation to final UI design and handoff
