Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in IT support or technical repair
- Strong practical experience working with IT equipment
- Confident troubleshooting technical issues remotely and hands-on
- Comfortable working with Windows and Android systems
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with preparing EPOS systems and related hardware
- Carry out diagnostics and repairs on equipment
- Configure systems before deployment
- Support stock control, logistics, and equipment management within the workshop
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support on a rotational basis
Description
We are a friendly team located in Derby, dedicated to providing high-quality technical assistance in EPOS and retail technology solutions. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free onsite parking, and a variety of benefits including a pension scheme, generous sick pay, and health insurance after successful probation. Our fully office-based role requires a motivated individual to join us in delivering exceptional support to our customers.
