Requirements
Must:
- Excellent SQL, SSRS, and Power BI reporting skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and awareness of other reporting tools.
- Experience in training and rolling out new reports/tools is desirable.
- Experience in working with the wider team to effectively manage data.
- The ability to improve Management Information and develop MI reports to support the business better.
- The ability to communicate persuasively and concisely at all levels.
- Excellent financial and commercial skills.
- The ability to provide key insights and analysis to stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with departments across the business to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
- Produce, extract, and analyze large quantities of data from various sources.
- Report findings to stakeholder level with a view to improving processes and procedures.
- Ensure key trends are identified and clearly articulated to the appropriate audience.
- Set up standardized/automated data and visualization output that is accurate, clear, and consistent for MI/BI consumers.
- Work with high volumes of data, including financial data.
- Provide coaching to MI/BI consumers to utilize tools to access, understand, and interpret datasets and reports.
- Assist in identifying and overcoming data deficiencies and gaps in analytical capabilities.
- Provide UAT support for data changes.
- Write reports in SSRS/SQL.
- Assist the Lead MI Analyst in the growth and development of the MI Team.
