Requirements
Must:
- I have proven experience in application support, ideally within a software or technology environment.
- I possess strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
- I am experienced in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software issues.
- I am willing and able to travel to client sites around 4 days per month, with full expenses and hotel accommodation covered.
- I have a problem-solving mindset and can work both independently and as part of a team.

- I will provide 1st and 2nd line application support to clients.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software usage, integration, and performance.
- I will deliver software installations at client sites, with travel expenses and hotel accommodation provided.

- I will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve the product.
- I will document support cases to ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.

Description
This role is crucial for ensuring the continued success of our clients' software solutions. As an Application Support Specialist, I will provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with software installations to guarantee that clients receive top-tier service every time. This hybrid role is based in Stoke-on-Trent, so I should live within commuting distance, with approximately 4 client-side visits per month to oversee installations and provide on-site support.
