Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL Server skills (multi-table joins, aggregation, CTEs, performance-aware reporting queries)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to work within vendor-controlled platforms and existing schemas
- Experience building or maintaining ERP reports using tools like BIRT
- Java / JavaScript experience in reporting or scripting contexts
- Comfort supporting business-critical systems with real operational impact
Responsibilities
- Build custom EFACS functionality (screens, buttons, workflows, form logic)
- Develop and maintain BIRT reports using complex SQL datasets and JavaScript
- Write and optimise SQL Server queries for reporting and operational use
- Extend EFACS without modifying core vendor code
- Diagnose data and logic issues in a live ERP environment
- Build and maintain Power BI reports which communicate the performance of various aspects of the business
- Work directly with the IT Manager and business users to deliver practical improvements
