Must:
- Relevant degree or significant equivalent experience
- CISSP certification and/or Cyber/Information security accreditation beneficial
- Experience in delivering Cyber Security improvements in line with organisational objectives
- Experience in heterogeneous environments
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning process and implementation
- Experience working within an ISO27000 environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Line management experience preferred
- Highly organised and proactive
- Excellent team player
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Diamonds cyber security posture
- Manage cyber security incidents
- Ensure operational cadence without interruption
- Oversee external partners for 24/7 monitoring and response activities
- Lead procurement of new cyber-security related technologies
- Advise on cyber security risks related to hardware and software procurement
- Plan and manage Diamonds roadmap to achieving Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus
- Support and lead on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, and Information Security
