Must:
We are looking for a talented IT Support Analyst to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Active Directory management, Microsoft 365 Entra support, and technical support for Windows 10, 11 and Office 365. A strong background in troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware is essential. Additionally, familiarity with laptop builds, configurations, and installations of software and hardware will be crucial.
Responsibilities
As our IT Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing user accounts and group policies in Active Directory.
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Entra setups and integrations to ensure seamless access and functionality.
- Building, configuring, and deploying laptops for end-users, ensuring they are set up with the necessary software, drivers, and security settings.
- Offering technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues remotely or on-site.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and maintaining records of technical issues and configurations.
- Installing and configuring software, operating systems, and hardware peripherals for end-users.
- Collaborating closely with internal IT teams to provide efficient solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
Description
