Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Active Directory management and group policy administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra and its integrations
- Proficiency in building, configuring, and deploying laptops with Windows 10, 11, and Office 365
- Excellent technical support skills for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Ability to document troubleshooting steps and technical configurations
- Experience with software and hardware installations
- Strong collaboration skills to work with internal IT teams
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and group policies within Active Directory
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Entra setup and functionality
- Build and configure laptops for end-users, ensuring software and security settings are applied
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues either remotely or on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with operating systems, applications, and networks
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting processes and technical configurations
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software, operating systems, and hardware for users
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to provide effective solutions and escalate issues when needed
