Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Active Directory Management
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Entra setup and troubleshooting
- Skills in laptop builds and configurations
- Strong technical support experience for Windows 10, 11, and Office 365
- Excellent ability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Detail-oriented with documentation and reporting
- Knowledge in software and hardware installations and configurations
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Provide user account management and group policy administration in Active Directory
- Support and troubleshoot integrations of Microsoft 365 Entra
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops for end-users
- Offer technical support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, networks, and hardware
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting and technical configurations
- Assist with software and hardware installations for end-users
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to provide solutions and escalate issues as needed
Description
