Requirements
Must:
- Strong UI/UX and/or front-end working experience
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Significant experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Background working on large, complex SaaS or enterprise products is desirable
- Exposure to Golang and/or PHP is desirable
- Experience with TypeScript or Lit Elements is desirable
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the UI and UX across our customer-facing applications and internal tools
- Design and maintain our design systems and component libraries
- Ensure consistency and usability across new and existing features
- Work closely with our engineers to define and implement production-ready interfaces
- Balance design thinking with practical delivery
- Collaborate closely with a highly technical, developer-heavy team
- Get involved in a hands-on role within a fully on-site, fast-moving environment
Description
We are an expanding technology business operating in the payments and fintech infrastructure space. We are building a large-scale payment orchestration platform that supports complex user journeys and enterprise-level workflows. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Fareham, Hampshire, working fully on-site five days per week. We offer a salary of up to £70k DOE and a modern, tech-focused office with a strong in-person, collaborative culture. This role has been created to bring stronger structure, consistency, and ownership across UI and UX as our platform continues to grow, and we are looking for someone engaged, communicative, and comfortable getting stuck in.
