Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. You should have strong configuration skills, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design, and UI Actions. Familiarity with CSM, ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, Performance Analytics, and Reporting is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and lifecycle, along with excellent stakeholder management skills, is required. You should be confident in constructively challenging clients and advising on best practices. Experience working with large enterprise customers or estates is also necessary. You must have, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will gather and translate business/user requirements into clear deliverables (Agile stories). You will design and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows, support testing, deployment, and user adoption processes, and provide ongoing BAU support for incidents and requests. As a key stakeholder interface, you will provide challenge, guidance, and best-practice advice. You will collaborate closely with large enterprise clients and internal teams, representing user needs during planning, development, and delivery phases.
Description
This is a home-based position in the UK with an annual salary of £63,000. You will be joining a supportive and expanding internal ServiceNow team comprised of 12 members, including 2 Business Analysts.
