Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications with Next.js and React.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern front-end best practices.
- Experience working with animations and transitions (preferably using Motion).
- Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CMS-driven content and A/B testing tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, performant, and scalable front-end solutions using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Implement animations using Motion to create smooth, engaging user experiences.
- Ensure front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices are met.
- Work closely with product owners, designers, and back-end developers in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Integrate with content APIs (articles, authors, etc.) and support A/B testing via Adobe Target.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Description
We are a leading digital consultancy seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our blended delivery team, working on a high-profile media application. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with consultancy colleagues, client stakeholders, and nearshore partners to deliver an exceptional digital experience for end users. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Victoria, London, and will commence in October on a contract basis until the end of December, with a likely extension. We offer a competitive day rate of up to £450/day (outside IR35, negotiable).
