Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, including senior or lead roles. You should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or XP is essential. You should also be experienced in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro. Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills are a must. Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage is desirable. Finally, you should demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems with practical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. You will translate these requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows. Facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business needs will be a key part of your day-to-day activities. You will review current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimized solutions. Moreover, you will maintain a structured backlog and manage Epics, Stories, and artifacts in Jira. Supporting project delivery with clear documentation and business context, defining acceptance criteria, and assisting with testing and validation will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support change management initiatives, adoption, and training, while encouraging continuous improvement within teams and processes.
