Requirements
Must:
We seek a candidate with strong expertise in Azure, especially in security. A deep understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) is essential, with experience in Terraform and YAML. Familiarity with Open Policy Agent (OPA), policy-as-code practices, and cloud governance is crucial. A developer background in languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or React will be valuable. Experience with enterprise-scale platforms, particularly in regulated environments, is preferred. Bonus points if you have a background in finance or have worked on AI strategies.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will drive end-to-end implementation of Azure-native policies and controls to ensure compliance and security. I will build developer tools, including CI/CD templates and IaC libraries, and will implement scanning automation. Collaboration with risk, compliance, cloud engineering, and security teams will be a key part of my role. I will promote shift-left and DevSecOps best practices across platform teams and architect policy-first solutions using Terraform, YAML, and IaC pipelines. Additionally, I will serve as a technical leader across five global teams.
