Must:
I require proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a change delivery environment. Advanced Excel and MS Project skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and governance frameworks. An APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project qualification is preferred. I am looking for someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and possesses a process-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide portfolio support services across medium and large-scale change initiatives. I will support project governance, quality assurance, and risk reporting. Managing centralised project data, including financials, resource forecasting, and status updates, will be a key aspect of my responsibilities. I'll work closely with Project and Programme Managers to ensure that reporting is accurate and consistent. Additionally, I will facilitate business decision-making through the timely provision of data, insights, and forecasts.

I am looking for a PMO Analyst to join my Change & Transition Delivery team on a contract basis, ideally in a hybrid setting. This role supports portfolio-level governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a broad set of business change programmes.
